it just takes three weeks and your commitment.

15 hours a week. During that time, you’ll develop a service project working together with a cohort of your peers and the benefit of a group coach. You’ll also receive mentorship from a top professional in your field of interest and earn a valuable certificate for your resume — not to mention a $500 stipend for the work you’ve accomplished.

the journey.

Each week builds on the next and covers a specific theme. Your experience is inspired by the three-part framework for Public Narrative — a leadership practice through which we translate values into action, weaving three stories into one.

here's what a day might
look like:

start the day inspired.

A motivational podcast will get you thinking about the day's big question. Check out the daily challenge and cross it off you list!

dive into the day's core session with your peers.

For 90 minutes in real time, core sessions focus on the question of the day, like: “How do I find my authentic voice as a leader?” Or “What is our responsibility to one another?”

check in with your coach and cohort.

Connect as small groups and discuss what you’ve learned. Plan your service project together.

explore a little further.

Choose from a few electives that go deeper into the question of the day. Take time to meet with your mentor and get some career advice.
